Shipping policy

 

  • Each garment is made to order, so please be aware of production time before placing your order. If you need estimated times, please email us at contact@deathstetics.com.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays, missed deliveries or stolen packages. We will have a signature required for accepting your package.
  • Rush orders may be placed for an additional charge.
  • You may inquire about a commission piece if what you seek is not displayed in our shop, at contact@deathstetics.com. Commissioned pieces will incur an additional charge. 


Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

Orders will be processed within 1-4 weeks* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*This excludes potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Order processing time also depends on how many orders we currently have. Please email us at contact@deathstetics.com if you need a more accurate time frame noted for your order.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping

We unfortunately cannot offer international shipping at this time.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@deathstetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of each garment being made to order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

  • We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements given or damage done to latex from negligence of proper care. 

  • If any manufacturing errors are made, you may ship your garment back for a repair at no charge. You must show proof of this within 7 days after receiving your garment(s).

  • Customer garment damages may be shipped (at your expense) to us for repair at an additional charge.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@deathstetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
